We showed up at 6:45 without a reservation and the girls there were rad enough to sort us out. Just asked us to come back when they were open and leave before 9:00. The beef ribs were awesome and the venue was fantastic. 169% recommend this place. Reasonable prices too.
Ate our way thru the entire menu and we don’t even regret it!! Literally apart from one night, we one had dinners here as the food (and atmosphere) was so exceptional. If you like meat waste no time and look no further! Lovely guys running the place too, very accommodating and welcoming!
Had smoked salmon + pickles starter, smoked beef long rib, coleslaw and a bottle of local red wine and bread. Was fantastic....

Very slow and mediocre service. Took one hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive. The smoked meats do not taste smoked at all. The garlic bread had no taste of garlic. The kitchen piled pickled cabbage on all the dishes, both meat and vegetables. The smashed corn was like a purée of corn with ingredients that gave it an unpleasant aftertaste. The smoked potatoes were not smoked, just cooked with some sauce on them. The meat was okay, but nothing special. All the beers and wines on the menu are low grade generic house brands.
Nice little find, attentive staff with food cooked to perfection! Each side as divine as the next, good value for money for the quantity of food received!
On a taste scale I would rate the food an 8/10, on a price scale I’d rate it a 6/10. 18€ for a single pork rib is quite expensive. The glass cups were not properly cleaned and you could tell the bottle of water was not fresh. The atmosphere is good although wouldn’t advice to sit inside as it is very warm and smoky. Staff was friendly though.
Amazing smoked lamb, beef, and they had pork too. Black Angus pastrami starter was superb.
They do slow-cooked meat, that's why you go there. Very tasty. Good service, and you eat on tables out in the street.
